Elvis Presley has topped a list of top earning dead celebrities – for the fourth year in a row.

US business magazine Forbes says The King made $45m in pre-tax earnings in the last year, beating Peanuts cartoonist Charles M. Schulz, John Lennon, Andy Warhol and Dr Seuss creator Theodore Geisel. The (un)lucky 13 stacks up like this:
