Macworld Expo was hit with a double-whammy in the run up to Christmas: first with the news that Apple CEO Steve Jobs wasn’t going to give his traditional opening keynote; and secondly that this year’s show would be the last Apple would ever attend. Much wailing and gnashing of teeth among the Mac community followed but, in truth, Apple’s move makes perfect sense
